Electronic Library of Forms, Inc. ("ELF") is a company devoted to the development and maintenance of a computer-based library of top-quality, attorney-approved, ready-to-use-forms that can be delivered to businesses, individuals, and attorneys anywhere in the United States or elsewhere in hard copy and in software form in a matter of minutes or hours; together with simple fill-in-the-blank programs and instructions that allow the customer or the customer's staff to complete 90 to 95% of a contract or other legal document before beginning the task of tailoring the finished product.

Based on the dual premises that 1) almost every form an attorney or businessperson prepares has been done before by someone somewhere, and 2) today's technology allows all businesses, attorneys, and others to tap a single data base, ELF has developed, assembled, and constantly updates and maintains a vast array of documents used by businesses, individuals, and attorneys. Those documents are pre-typed in near error-free fashion, attractively formatted, and, in many cases, coordinated with "form-fill-in" programs, techniques and instructions to facilitate use and minimize both the time to complete the document and staff errors in completion. In addition, an attorney or other trained person is available at "ELF" to assist law firms and their staffs in selecting and completing a near-perfect "first draft"--in hard copy and on diskette for ready use by the attorney requesting the document.
